In the past couple of years we have noticed that obesity is on the rise in the united states and about 3/4 Americans are overweight. it is considered that 40% of Americans are obese and 18% are severely obese in the stats published by American health association
What we want is to help people lose weight safely, easily, and consistently through diets and light workouts so they can achieve their desired body and health goals.

When most people have a medical issue like pimples, they usually turn to a lotion or facewash to stop the skin from producing too much oil to solve the problem. While those methods are great, this is still wrong because of the “pill fix” mentality. The right question one should ask is “WHY do I have oily skin or pimples?”
Maybe your skin is oily because you have a poor diet or the hormones are imbalanced due to something you ate.

just eating right won’t help you get better. our bodies need some exercise daily to function properly and your heart needs training too ( just because a guy broke your heart does not mean you should not train it lol )
